EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

Save time and money: measure first and then purchase. If for any reason you would like to return or exchange your product(s), we will happily accept your return. Please note the following criteria:

  • Items must be returned or exchanged within 21 days of delivery. Package must be postmarked within 21 days of delivery.
  • All items must be brand new, unwashed, and hair-free. Pawfect Pals will not exchange or return any products that were damaged or used.
  • Pawfect Pals is not responsible for returning an item that does not meet the criteria mentioned above.
  • Customer is responsible for any and all associated shipping costs for any returns/exchanges. Pawfect Pals does not provide free return labels.

Once return or exchange is received, inspected, and approved based on our policy above, please allow 2-3 days for processing. If you request a return, credit is applied to your original form of payment usually within 24-48 hours. If you request a exchange, please email us at pawfectpalsboutique@gmail.com to ensure that we still have stock left of the size and item you are requesting.

U.S. DOMESTIC SHIPPING

A small fee is charged for U.S. standard shipping on all products. Most orders take 2-4 business days to process and leave our warehouse as well as 2-5 business days to arrive.
